Hypnosis is the process of increased awareness through your subconscious mind. During a hypnosis session, I will guide you through a hypnosis script (similar to meditation) to take you into a deep state of relaxation. At this state, we can access deep layers of your mind and thought process, and alter your brain waves into a state of healing.
Your subconscious mind is where we store, emotions, habits, limiting beliefs, imagination and impulses. The subconscious mind is subjective and unable to think or reason. Have you ever practiced positive affirmations and felt happier? This is because we are retraining our thought patterns through out subconscious mind, we are demanding a different outcome.
Hypnosis requires an acceptance of imagination and curiosity to explore your inner being. Depending on what you want to focus on, I will guide you through some post hypnotic suggestions to deepen your experience. Each session will range between 20-30 min. depending on the script we chose.
Hypnosis is not what we see on TV. You will be in control your entire session and it is more similar to a guided meditation than anything else.
Please email me something you would like to work on. I will be getting your scripts together before our session and need to know if you want to focus on anything specific. This can be “work on anxiety,” “healing heartbreak,” or ” Stop being hard on yourself.’
If you don’t have something specific you want to work on no problem! We can do a general session or even a session on “astral projection” or “setting goals.”
